Description

You will own end-to-end business analysis for banking payments projects. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of business analysis tasks and requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and expectations to align delivery with business needs.
• Apply Agile methodologies to deliver requirements within the development cycle.
• Drive self-directed work to ensure timely and accurate requirement delivery.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis roles.
• Practical experience as a Pega Business Analyst.
• Experience working within the banking payments domain.
• Proficiency in Agile concepts and frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
