Description

You will bridge business needs and technical implementation, translating requirements into functional Pega solutions. This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Gather and define user stories and business requirements alongside Product Owners and SMEs.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, wireframes, and Pega workflows.
• Collaborate with architects and technical teams to align solutions with business goals.
• Document use cases, test cases, training materials, and release notes.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and reviews.

Required Skills

• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in business analysis or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience as a Pega Business Analyst or Architect.
• Strong experience in use case development (minimum 4 years).
• Experience managing functional software requirements throughout the SDLC.
• Proven ability to work with business stakeholders to define solution needs.
• Experience with enterprise software configuration and deployment.
• Solid experience with Pega, Product Owners, SMEs, Business Analysts, SDLC, Scrum, and Agile.

Preferred Skills

• Pega Business Architect Certification.
• Experience with enterprise-level Pega applications and solutions.
