You will bridge business needs and technical implementation for Pega solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Act as the liaison between Business and Technology teams, translating requirements between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Gather user stories and define solution acceptance criteria in collaboration with Product Owners.
• Configure and deploy enterprise-level software solutions.
• Assist in software testing, including test case documentation and functional validation.
• Develop solution training materials and publish software release notes.

Required Skills

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Pega Business Architect.
• Minimum 4 years of experience performing Use Case Development.
• Solid experience in business process modeling and change management.
• Experience managing software functional requirements throughout the SDLC.
• Proven ability to capture functional requirements and translate them into user stories.
• Experience participating in an Agile environment, including sprint planning.
• Strong skills in documenting requirements, functional design, and test cases.
• Bachelor's degree required.
