Responsibilities

• Execute Pega strategy to launch key business initiatives.
• Align technical requirements and project goals with stakeholders across call center, Martech, and marketing departments.
• Drive the implementation of Pega-based solutions to meet organizational needs.
• Manage stakeholder alignment across diverse business units.

Required Skills

• Certified Pega Business Architect (PCBA).
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience managing stakeholder alignment across diverse business units.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
