You will translate business vision into functional technology solutions as the primary liaison between stakeholders and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into functional software requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Lead System Architects to chart technical strategies and manage backlog reviews.
• Create wireframe designs, document test cases, and develop solution training materials.
• Coordinate software configuration, deployment, and the publication of release notes at the enterprise level.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while supporting customer success teams.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience as a Pega Business Architect.
• 4+ years of experience in business analysis and use case development.
• 6+ years of professional work experience.
• Experience managing functional requirements throughout the SDLC.
• Proficiency in business process modeling and change management.
• Strong background in requirements gathering, documentation, and leading test execution.
• Ability to work within an Agile software development environment.
• Experience creating wireframes and technical documentation.
• Effective communication skills to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical professionals.
