You will translate business vision into functional requirements and technical solutions using Pega, bridging stakeholders and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into user stories and functional designs.
• Manage software functional requirements throughout the SDLC in Agile environments.
• Coordinate with Product Managers for backlog reviews and sprint planning.
• Define acceptance criteria, lead test execution, and create training materials.
• Create wireframe designs and publish software release notes.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of relevant professional work experience.
• 4+ years of experience as a Pega Business Architect.
• 4+ years of experience in business analysis and use case development.
• Proficiency in managing requirements through the full SDLC.
• Strong skills in business process modeling and change management.
• Experience with configuration and deployment of enterprise-level software solutions.
• Ability to document functional designs, test cases, and product training materials.

• Any Graduate degree.
