Description

You will design and develop BPM and BRE applications using Pega PRPC, owning the end-to-end implementation lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Review business requirements to drive project implementation and conceptual design.
• Develop end-to-end class structures, user interfaces, process flows, and security management.
• Design and implement data models, access groups, and rule set hierarchies.
• Migrate rules across environments and resolve coding or logic issues.
• Perform performance tuning using Rules Inspector, Clipboard, Tracer, PAL, and Log Analyzer.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Pega development.
• Hands-on experience with Pega PRPC for BPM and BRE applications.
• Proficiency in designing activities, decision rules, and declarative rules.
• Experience with UI properties and data modeling within the Pega platform.
• Ability to conduct Quality Assurance reviews to ensure alignment with requirements.
• Any Graduate degree.
• Willingness to travel or relocate to client sites across the U.S.
