Description

You will design and develop BPM and BRE applications using Pega PRPC, owning the end-to-end implementation lifecycle.

Review business requirements to drive project implementation and conceptual design. Develop end-to-end class structures, user interfaces, process flows, and security management. Design and implement data models, access groups, and rule set hierarchies. Migrate rules across environments and resolve coding or logic issues. Perform performance tuning using Rules Inspector, Clipboard, Tracer, PAL, and Log Analyzer. Conduct Quality Assurance reviews to ensure alignment with requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Pega development.
• Hands-on experience with Pega PRPC for BPM and BRE applications.
• Proficiency in designing activities, decision rules, and declarative rules.
• Experience with UI properties and data modeling within the Pega platform.
• Ability to conduct Quality Assurance reviews.
• Willingness to travel or relocate to client sites across the U.S.
