Description

You will own the design and implementation of business processes, rules, and decisioning strategies.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement business processes, rules, and decisioning strategies.
• Develop and enhance Next Best Action frameworks and predictive models (Adaptive, Predictive, VBD).
• Build and update decision components (decision tables, scorecards, filters, strategy sets, ranking, switches).
• Design class structures, data models, and extend Pega frameworks.
• Evaluate impact of change requests and update design documentation.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of Pega development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Pega CDH v24.x.
• 5+ years designing decisioning strategies, analytical models, propensities, scoring, and offer lifecycle management.
• Experience with API integrations (Azure preferred) and secure file transfer technologies.
• Hands-on experience with GitHub, RTC, and automation tools.
• Experience working in onshore/offshore delivery models.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Pega Certified LSA and CPDC certifications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PostgreSQL, Oracle, IBM DB2.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing or Service Cloud.
