Description

You will design and implement business processes, rules, and decisioning strategies within the Pega CDH platform.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement business processes, rules, and decisioning strategies.
• Develop and enhance Next Best Action frameworks and predictive models, including Adaptive, Predictive, and VBD.
• Build and update decision components such as decision tables, scorecards, filters, strategy sets, ranking, and switches.
• Design class structures, data models, and extend Pega frameworks.
• Evaluate change request impacts and update design documentation.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of Pega development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Pega CDH v24.x.
• 5+ years designing decisioning strategies, analytical models, propensities, scoring, and offer lifecycle management.
• Experience with API integrations (Azure preferred) and secure file transfer technologies.
• Hands-on experience with GitHub, RTC, and automation tools.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Pega Certified LSA and CPDC certifications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PostgreSQL, Oracle, or IBM DB2.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing or Service Cloud.
