Description

You will develop and maintain enterprise applications using the PegaRULES engine and Customer Decision Hub.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design, coding, and debugging of applications within Pega and other software languages.
• Implement Next Best Action Designer and manage decisioning logic improvements.
• Own the full application life cycle using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Execute performance tuning and maintain compliance standards.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• 3+ years of experience specifically with Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) version 8.5 or above.
• Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification is required.
• Strong proficiency in PRPC.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall development life cycles.
• Knowledge of Pega Financial Frameworks and Enterprise Application Systems.
• Ability to handle performance tuning and debugging.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.

Preferred Skills

• Pega Decisioning Consultant certification.
• Experience with legacy transformation projects using Pega CDH.
