Description

You will design, develop, and maintain technical solutions using the Pega Decisioning Engine and Customer Decision Hub.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design, coding, and debugging for Pega applications and integrated systems.
• Manage the full software development life cycle for internally developed and externally purchased applications.
• Drive continuous improvement of decisioning logic and maintain compliance standards.
• Collaborate with QA, Release Management, Infrastructure, and Project Management teams.
• Coach and mentor the Pega Program team and other employees.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• 3+ years of experience specifically with Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH).
• Expertise in PegaRULES engine and Pega Financial Services (FS) Frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Pega CDH version 8.5 or above and Next Best Action Designer.
• Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification is required.
• 6+ years of experience with Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency in performance tuning and PRPC.
• BA/BS in Computer Science or Software Engineering.

Preferred Skills

• Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) certification.
• Pega Decisioning Consultant certification.
• Experience with legacy transformation projects using Pega CDH.
