Design and implement decisioning solutions for the telecom domain using Pega Customer Decision Hub.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design NBA strategies, decisioning logic, and overall solution architecture.
• Implement arbitration, suppression, and core decisioning components.
• Lead decisioning design sessions to align with stakeholders.
• Optimize system performance and scalability.
• Oversee upgrades, Cloud 3 readiness, and data integration.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of total IT industry experience.
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Pega CDH.
• Strong proficiency in Pega CDH design and implementation.
• Experience with Data Integration.
• Background in the Telecom domain.
• Degree in any graduate field.
