You will lead strategic implementations of Pega Next-Best-Action (NBA) and data strategies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct workshops to provide strategic recommendations on NBA, data strategy, and decision models.
• Analyze the as-is state to recommend technical improvements.
• Identify opportunities for expanding the usage of NBA solutions.
• Develop and review project deliverables directly with clients.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Deep expertise in Pega.
• Proven experience with NBA (Next-Best-Action).
• Strong understanding of NBA solutions.
• Ability to design and implement Data Strategy.
• Experience delivering technical recommendations to clients.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
