Description

Lead testing efforts for the Pega 8.x platform and CDH application.

Responsibilities

• Estimate, plan, and coordinate all testing activities for the project.
• Lead business users through CDH user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Identify, document, track, and resolve implementation quality issues and defects.
• Collaborate with Lead Decision Architects, Lead System Architects, and Business Architects to monitor and close defects.
• Manage testing workflows within an onshore/offshore support model.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in QA testing.
• Proven experience as a Selenium Lead, including project leadership and mentoring.
• Hands-on experience with the Pega 8.x platform and CDH application.
• Proficiency with Selenium, Java, and JavaScript.
• Experience testing APIs and data integrations.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles.
• Experience using JIRA and Rational Tool Suite.
• Experience collaborating with offshore teams.

Preferred Skills

• Healthcare industry experience.
