Description

Lead business architecture for Pega implementations, managing teams of Senior Business Architects and ensuring alignment with Pega principles.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage Direct Capture of Objectives sessions, requirement gathering, and stakeholder management for scope.
• Define functional specifications that adhere to low-code, no-code, and situational layer cake principles.
• Capture end-to-end business case lifecycles and processes using Pega Blueprint and App Studio.
• Execute deliverables from inception through user acceptance testing, including process flows and UI use cases.
• Lead defect triaging and ensure end-to-end traceability from requirements to test cases.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of total IT experience.
• 6+ years of experience as a Lead Business Architect.
• Pega Certified Business Architect (version 8.6 or later).
• Proven track record of delivering at least 3 Pega programs as an LBA leading a team of SBAs.
• Hands-on experience with Pega App Studio and Agile tools.
• Proficiency in business process documentation and process modeling.
• Expertise in requirement gathering and writing technical specifications.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Pega strategic applications such as Smart Dispute and Smart Investigate.
• Collaborate with LSAs and SSAs during the prepare phase to maximize the use of Pega out-of-the-box capabilities.
