Required Qualifications
✅ PEGA Certified Lead System Architect (LSA)
✅ Minimum 5 years of experience after PEGA LSA Certification
✅ Minimum 8 years of experience after PEGA SSA Certification
✅ 12+ years of relevant IT experience
✅ 4-year college degree or equivalent technical study required
✅ Minimum 5 years of PEGA Lead Development
✅ Minimum 5 years of PEGA Smart BPM, PMF & DCO
✅ Minimum 5 years of Use Case Design & Development
✅ Minimum 5 years of DB2, SQL Server & Stored Procedures
✅ Strong experience with Agile/Scrum and SDLC
✅ Strong technical background in enterprise application development
✅ Proven experience mentoring and leading development teams
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Lead multiple PEGA development teams, technical specialists, business stakeholders, and subject matter experts to transform business requirements into scalable enterprise applications.
• Act as the liaison between Lead Business Architects, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and PEGA technical teams, translating complex business needs into technical solutions.
• Design and build Pega case types, workflows, data models, user interfaces, integrations, and reusable application components following enterprise architecture standards.
• Apply Pega guardrails, development standards, performance best practices, and reusable patterns to ensure consistent, maintainable, and scalable solutions.
• Lead business process modeling, requirements gathering, functional design, use-case development, DCO sessions, and solution acceptance activities.
• Develop PEGA solutions leveraging Pega GenAI, Process AI, Generative AI, RAG, and agent-based orchestration capabilities where appropriate.
• Design secure and scalable integrations using APIs, microservices, event-driven architecture, and enterprise integration patterns.
