Design and architect Pega solutions to solve complex customer problems.

Responsibilities

• Design Pega solutions, create functional designs, and construct class hierarchies and object models.
• Provide technical leadership to project teams and enforce best practices in Pega architecture, design, and coding.
• Engage with customer SMEs and architects to understand requirements and pain areas.
• Define test strategies and help establish project roadmaps.
• Mentor Pega experts through training to elevate team technical capabilities.

Required Skills

• Pega CSSA certification.
• 8+ years of experience implementing Pega projects.
• Hands-on experience with the CPM framework.
• Experience with the Smart Disputes / Card Disputes framework.
• Proven ability to design and architect Pega solutions.
• Strong communication skills for effective customer engagement.
• Any Graduate degree.
