Required Skills

• Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification is mandatory.
• 9+ years of professional experience in Pega development.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Pega systems and tools.
• Proven track record working in agile environments.
• Strong understanding of Pega architecture best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading complex Pega implementations.
• Ability to mentor junior developers on Pega standards.
