Description

You will lead architecture and implementation for Pega-based solutions, ensuring technical oversight from inception through construction. You will own the design, development, and validation of BPM solutions while managing defect resolution and integration components.

Responsibilities

• Lead inception and elaboration phases to define optimal solution architecture and design.
• Direct technical teams during the construction of designed solutions.
• Develop custom systems integration components that adhere to Pega guidelines and best practices.
• Manage systems validation and defect resolution efforts.
• Collaborate with project leaders to resolve high-level issues and assist with staff and budget planning.

Required Skills

• Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification.
• 5+ years of experience working with the Pega Systems Platform.
• 5+ years of experience designing, building, and implementing Business Process Management (BPM) solutions.
• Proven experience with Java/J2EE development.
• Demonstrated success working within team project structures in various roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a comparable field.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance.
