Description

You will analyze business needs and implement information system changes using the Pega platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing systems and user requirements to design and implement technical solutions.
• Collaborate with ITO and business units to define rule resolution, class structure, and reusability strategies.
• Develop solutions using Pega rules, procedures, and application design principles.
• Apply object-oriented techniques for case design, data modeling, and business rule automation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years in object-oriented software development lifecycle (design, configuration, testing, debugging, support).
• 3+ years developing solutions utilizing Pega.
• Pega Senior Systems Architect Certification.
• Proficiency in Application design, Case design, and Data Modeling.
• Working knowledge of automating business rules and policies.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with WebSphere or WebLogic application servers.
• Knowledge of J2EE (JSF, Servlets, EJB, XML, Java) or MS SQL/DB2.
