Description

Technical lead for complex Pega Cloud architecture and large-scale system design.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute migration of on-premises applications to Pega Cloud, ensuring cloud standard compatibility.
• Design complex major systems and subsystems using efficient, cost-effective programming solutions.
• Address performance issues and optimize application effectiveness within AWS environments.
• Document, test, implement, and provide ongoing support for Pega Cloud applications.

Required Skills

• 10+ years hands-on experience with Pega PRPC 8.x or above.
• 3+ years experience as a Pega Cloud Architect.
• 3+ years migrating on-premises applications to Pega Cloud and updating to latest versions.
• 3+ years troubleshooting performance issues on Pega Cloud within AWS.
• Strong SQL querying expertise and triaging skills to identify and resolve issues.
• Experience with Eclipse, Oracle, IntelliJ, and GIT.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline, CodeBuild, and CodeDeploy.
• Understanding of AWS security best practices (IAM policies, VPC security, data encryption).
• Proficiency with Maven, New Relic, Splunk, and Postman.

Preferred Skills

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
• Prior experience in large-scale healthcare initiatives, specifically pharmacy benefits or fulfillment.
