Description

You will lead the migration of on-premises Pega environments to Pega Cloud on AWS, ensuring architecture standards and compatibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead migration projects from on-premises to Pega Cloud, including establishing and validating the proper AWS environment.
• Design complex major systems and subsystems using a deep understanding of available technology and existing designs.
• Address performance issues to ensure applications run effectively on Pega Cloud AWS environments.
• Research and evaluate alternative solutions to recommend cost-effective application programming implementations.
• Document, test, implement, and provide ongoing support for Pega Cloud applications.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with Pega PRPC 8.x or above.
• 3+ years of experience as a Pega Cloud Architect.
• 3+ years of experience migrating on-premises applications to Pega Cloud and updating them to the latest versions.
• 3+ years of experience addressing performance issues within Pega Cloud on AWS environments.
• Proficiency with Pega Prpc, Jenkins, and CI/CD workflows.
• Experience with AWS CodePipeline, CodeBuild, and CodeDeploy.
• Strong SQL querying expertise for troubleshooting and issue identification.
• Familiarity with Maven and Git.
• Experience with Eclipse, Oracle, IntelliJ, New Relic, Splunk, or Postman.
