Description

You will lead the design, development, and implementation of Pega-based business process management solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop SDLC deliverables including system administration manuals, operations manuals, and solution architecture documents.
• Lead business teams in gathering requirements and selecting optimal implementation paths using Pega software capabilities.
• Document functional designs and collaborate with build teams to capture technical details.
• Configure systems and support the build process as required.
• Manage the packaging, migration, and deployment of PRPC applications across environments.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience with 2+ years leading Pega development teams.
• Extensive experience with the Pega Platform and Pega Case Management.
• Proficiency in web design and development using HTML and Java.
• Expertise in designing cross-browser and cross-platform compatible applications using Pega Mobility.
• Deep understanding of BPM development methodologies, process re-engineering, and process modeling.
• Strong knowledge of DCO, requirement documentation, and creating system flow diagrams.
• Experience with Full Life Cycle Implementation Methodologies and DevOps principles.
• Proven ability in packaging and deploying PRPC applications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cross-platform development for Desktop, Tablets, and Mobile devices.
