Description

You will design and implement Pega solutions, focusing on workflow engineering and case management.

Responsibilities

• Build and configure Pega applications using Rules Process Commander (PRPC).
• Develop API integrations using REST and SOAP protocols.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data management and reporting.
• Provide ITIL-aligned production support and troubleshoot system issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with the Pega Platform.
• Strong proficiency in Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC).
• Experience in workflow engineering and case management implementation.
• Proven ability to develop REST and SOAP API integrations.
• Competent in SQL database querying and management.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes for production support.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
