Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Pega Lead System Architect (CLSA) to lead and support multiple digital transformation programs delivered through onsite and offshore teams. This role requires strong technical leadership, excellent client engagement skills, and expertise in delivering enterprise-scale Pega solutions.

As a Lead System Architect, you will be responsible for driving the technical delivery of projects, ensuring solution quality, mentoring development teams, and collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical delivery of multiple Pega implementation projects.
• Provide thought leadership on Pega architecture, best practices, and delivery methodologies.
• Design complex, scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise solutions.
• Work closely with clients to understand business objectives and recommend optimal solutions.
• Collaborate with business, technical, and executive stakeholders, providing technical guidance and direction.
• Coordinate with onsite and offshore teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Ensure quality standards, code reviews, and adherence to Pega best practices.
• Manage technical risks, resolve critical issues, and support situation management.
• Promote Agile and DevOps practices throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

• Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) certification (mandatory).
• 6+ years of industry experience with strong Pega implementation expertise.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale Pega projects.
• Strong consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and capable of leading distributed teams.
• Willingness to travel for onsite client engagements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Public Sector or Telecommunications (Telco) domains.
• Experience working with global delivery teams and complex enterprise environments.

Experience

• 6+ years of relevant IT industry experience.
• Mandatory Pega CLSA certification.
• Experience leading digital transformation initiatives using the Pega Platform
