Description

Manage and enhance enterprise-grade Pega platforms through administration, system optimization, and hands-on application development.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Administer Pega environments (Dev, QA, Prod) to ensure high availability, performance, and security.
• Execute system upgrades, patching, deployments, and release management.
• Monitor platform health, troubleshoot issues, and maintain SLA adherence.
• Develop Pega applications including case management, workflows, and integrations.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and automate deployments using DevOps practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Pega administration and development.
• Strong expertise in Pega PRPC platform administration.
• Hands-on development experience in Case Management, Data Modeling, and Integrations (REST/SOAP).
• Proficiency with CI/CD Pipelines, DevOps Practices, Jenkins, and Git.
• Experience in performance tuning, debugging, and log analysis.
• Knowledge of cloud/on-prem infrastructure (Linux, WebSphere/Tomcat, DBs).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent progressive experience.

Preferred Skills

• Pega certifications (CSA, CSSA, or LSA).
• Experience with Constellation and Pega CS.
