Description

You will design, implement, and optimize Pega solutions while mentoring the team and supporting CI/CD practices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement PEGA solutions using Enterprise class design, application layer cake, and rule resolution.
• Build case management, flow design, data pages, and background processing via Job Schedulers and Queprocessors.
• Analyze server, database, and node classification to optimize performance and resolve issues using SQL scripts and log analysis.
• Mentor team members, manage interactions with clients, and support CI/CD implementation.

Required Skills

• Pega Certified System Architect (CSSA) certification.
• 4-6 years of hands-on PEGA development experience.
• Deep understanding of PEGA architecture, including data modeling and rule resolution.
• Proficiency in SQL scripts for database interaction.
• Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Ability to manage client relationships and mentor junior developers.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
