Description

You will develop and support Pega PRPC and Java/J2EE applications within a Scrum methodology.

Responsibilities

• Develop Pega PRPC components including Data Transforms, Decision Tables, Decision Maps, and Declarative Expressions.
• Implement complex flows, Activities, Agents, Tickets, SLAs, and Routing logic.
• Integrate external systems using Connectors, SOAP Services, and RDB connectivity.
• Troubleshoot and tune application performance using Clipboard, Tracer, PAL, and DB Trace.
• Manage Kafka Queue Processors and Job Schedulers.

Required Skills

• Pega CSSA or LSA certification.
• Experience with Pega PRPC, Java, and J2EE.
• Proficiency in UI, Process flows, Caching, Rule resolution, and Activities.
• Experience with Email Listeners, File Listeners, and SMA.
• Strong understanding of RDBMS concepts, specifically Oracle.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka Queue Processors.
• Ability to use debugging tools and system development methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with the Pega Customer Service framework.
