Description

You will implement and manage solutions using the Pega Smart Dispute framework for complex business scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Configure flows, including screen flows, tab flows, sub-flows, and decision integrations.
• Develop and maintain UI rules, harnesses, sections, portals, and local actions.
• Build and debug applications using tracer, clipboard, and rule inspector tools.
• Manage data transforms, correspondence, and validation rules.

Required Skills

• Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification.
• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience with Pega Smart Dispute framework.
• Working knowledge of Activities, Flows, Flow Actions, and Data Transforms.
• Proficiency with decision and declarative rules.
• Experience with Pega OOTB integrations such as SOAP, MQ, SQL, or File.
• Understanding of PPRC properties, types, and relevance.
• Skill in using Pega debugging tools including tracer, clipboard, and expression builders.
• Knowledge of SLAs, tickets, and complex flow shapes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Pega 8.x.
