Description

You will design and implement process-based solutions on the Pega platform, managing the full PRPC implementation lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Implement best practices in Pega architecture, design, and coding to ensure application quality and corporate standards.
• Review alert logs, perform pre-flight checks, and run PAL to maintain system integrity.
• Manage enterprise class structure and rule set design throughout the PRPC implementation lifecycle.
• Collaborate with programmers, IT staff, and non-IT functional areas to drive project success.
• Ensure adherence to BPM standards and system integration requirements.

Required Skills

• 7-8 years of experience with Pega PRPC version 7 platform.
• CSSA certification with CSA certification completed at least 3 years ago.
• Mandatory PDN ID certification.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in CPDC.
• Expertise in Object-Oriented Analysis and Design and system integration.
• Proficiency in Pega features: Flows, Activities, User Interfaces, Flow Actions, Agents, SLAs, and Correspondence.
• Experience with Single-Sign-On, External Authentication, and PRPC security.
• Technical knowledge of Reports, Listeners (File, MQ), Connector, and SOAP services.

Preferred Skills

• Strong background in BPM (Business Process Management).
• Experience with Agile, SDLC, and Iterative development methodologies.
