Description

You will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects focused on Pega Transformation and Omni Channel CJA.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, timeline development, and resource allocation strategies.
• Direct cross-functional teams to meet project goals and client expectations.
• Engage with clients to define digital objectives and maintain long-term relationships.
• Define and track KPIs to report on project status and performance improvements.
• Monitor trends in Pega Transformation and Omni Channel CJA to recommend new methodologies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Delivery Lead or in a similar leadership role.
• Proven experience managing Pega Transformation and Omni Channel CJA projects.
• Strong understanding of digital technologies and user experience principles.
• Proficiency with project management methodologies and tools.
• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional technical teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• PMP or Agile certification.
