Description

You will own the development of Pega PRPC cases and case journeys in a hands-on capacity.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Pega PRPC applications with a focus on case management and case journeys.
• Coordinate with offshore teams in India to align on deliverables and technical requirements.
• Work independently to drive development tasks from design to deployment.
• Collaborate with the GTS team to support project objectives.
• Adapt to new decisioning tools and methodologies as required.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Pega PRPC development.
• Strong expertise in designing and implementing Pega cases and case journeys.
• Proficiency in Pega Decisioning or NBX (Decisioning) is highly valued.
• Ability to work standalone and coordinate effectively with distributed teams.
• Undergraduate degree in any discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Background in Java or front-end technologies to support integration needs.
