Description

Build and maintain Pega PRPC applications with a focus on case management and case journeys.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Pega cases and case journeys from design to deployment.
• Coordinate with offshore teams in India to align on deliverables and technical requirements.
• Work independently to drive development tasks and collaborate with the GTS team.
• Adapt to new decisioning tools and methodologies as required.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Pega PRPC development.
• Strong expertise in designing and implementing Pega cases and case journeys.
• Undergraduate degree in any discipline.
• Ability to work standalone and coordinate effectively with distributed teams.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in Pega Decisioning or NBX (Decisioning).
• Background in Java or front-end technologies to support integration needs.
