Description
You will develop and configure Pega PRPC applications to support eligibility, enrollment, and member management systems.
Responsibilities
- Implement workflows and case management features using Pega best practices and guardrails.
- Translate business requirements into functional Pega rules, flows, and UI components.
- Integrate Pega with external systems via SOAP/REST APIs, connectors, services, queues, MQ, and databases.
- Perform unit testing and support system and integration testing cycles.
- Troubleshoot and resolve defects to ensure performance and scalability.
Required Skills
- 6-10 years of IT experience with 5-8 years specifically in Pega PRPC development.
- Certified Pega CSA or CSSA (2019 or earlier).
- Hands-on expertise with Pega Case Management, File Listener, Job Scheduler, Activities, and Data Transforms.
- Proficiency in UI development including Sections, Harness, and Skin rules.
- Strong knowledge of Pega rules, data pages, decisioning, and case types.
- Deep understanding of BPM concepts, workflows, and case lifecycle management.
- Experience with eligibility and enrollment systems such as Medicaid, ACA marketplace, or CHIIP.
- Experience integrating with systems via SOAP/REST APIs.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Pega Cloud, AWS, or Azure deployments.
- Prior experience in government healthcare modernization projects.
