Description

You will design and develop BPM applications using Pega PRPC, owning the full lifecycle from workflow logic to UI configuration and integration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and implement Case Management workflows using Data Transforms, Activities, and Data Pages.
• Develop integrations using SOAP and REST connectors and services.
• Configure UI components using Design Templates.
• Manage background processes including Queue Processors and Job Schedulers.
• Implement declarative rules, Decision Tables, Notifications, and Report Definitions.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of IT experience with 3+ years specifically in Pega PRPC design and development.
• Hands-on experience with Pega version 8.5.3 or above.
• CSSA certification is required.
• Proficiency with SOAP and REST integration protocols.
• Experience implementing Queue Processors and Job Schedulers.
• Working knowledge of DataSets and DataFlows.
• Ability to implement logic via Decision Tables and Declarative rules.
• Degree in any graduate field.

Preferred Skills

• LSA certification.
• Experience with Customer Service Framework or Financial Services Framework.
