You will develop and maintain software applications using the Pega platform, translating business requirements into technical solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Code software applications and interpret business requirements to determine appropriate courses of action.
• Standardize quality assurance procedures for software development.
• Oversee testing and debugging processes and develop necessary fixes.
• Research software complaints and recommend adjustments to resolve complex technical issues.
• Manage your own work methods and decision-making within established guidelines.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Pega Constellation.
• Proven experience with the Pega Constellation UX model.
• 5+ years of experience in systems analysis or application programming development.
• Proficiency in Systems Analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
