Develop functional solutions within the Pega platform, from requirements gathering to design validation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather functional requirements by liaising with client Product Owners and Subject Matter Experts.
• Design functional solution approaches for stories alongside Solution Architects.
• Participate in workflow and business process analysis to clarify requirements and identify state transitions.
• Liaise with dependent teams to resolve issues and build the overall implementation roadmap.
• Validate functional designs and ensure adherence to best design practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Hands-on experience with Pega Smart Claims Engine (SCE).
• Proficiency in Pega Case System Architect (CSSA).
• Ability to analyze and redesign business processes.
• Experience participating in Design Sprints.
• Capability to help prioritize product backlogs.
