You will design and develop Pega Smart Dispute solutions as a senior individual contributor.
Responsibilities
- Implement case types, case lifecycle, flows, SLAs, data pages, activities, declarative rules, and UI components.
- Design and support integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, and Kafka.
- Design and implement parent–child case structures and bulk dispute processing.
- Perform debugging and performance tuning using Tracer, PAL, PDC, and Database Tracer.
- Conduct peer code reviews and ensure adherence to Pega Guardrails and coding standards.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of hands-on Pega development experience.
- 4+ years of experience working with Pega Smart Dispute.
- Mandatory Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification.
- Strong experience in Case Management, Integrations, SLAs, and Performance tuning.
- Strong hands-on experience with Collaboration Flow and Allocation Flow.
- Strong domain knowledge of chargeback, pre-arbitration, and arbitration processes.
- Experience in test data preparation and use of simulation tools for testing dispute scenarios.
- Familiarity with Visa and Mastercard rule updates (Visa ROL, MCOM).
- Experience working in banking or financial services environments.
