Description

You will design and develop Pega applications using best practices and coding standards.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in requirement gathering, analysis, and solution design.
  • Implement workflows, decision rules, and UI components within the Pega platform.
  • Integrate Pega applications with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Conduct unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Pega BPM development.
  • Strong understanding of Pega PRPC architecture and design principles.
  • Hands-on experience with Pega versions 7.x, 8.x or later.
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs for system integration.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Certified Pega CSSA or LSA.
