Description

You will design, develop, and maintain solutions on the Pega platform while ensuring system stability and adherence to agile practices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Pega solutions based on business requirements.
• Develop workflows, case types, and decision rules.
• Perform unit testing and support system integration testing.
• Debug and resolve application issues to ensure stability.
• Mentor junior developers on Pega best practices.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience developing applications on the Pega platform.
• Strong knowledge of Pega PRPC concepts.
• Proficiency in designing Pega workflows, case types, and decision rules.
• Hands-on experience with unit testing and resolving production issues.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Familiarity with system integration.
• Ability to create and maintain technical documentation.
