Description

Design and develop Pega applications, implementing workflows, decision rules, and UI components while integrating with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Participate in requirement gathering, analysis, and solution design to deliver scalable Pega solutions.
• Implement complex workflows, decision rules, and user interface components adhering to coding standards.
• Integrate Pega applications with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Conduct unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure application stability.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers on best practices.

Required Skills

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Pega BPM development.
• Strong understanding of Pega PRPC architecture and design principles.
• Hands-on experience with Pega versions 7.x, 8.x, or later.
• Proven experience integrating systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Pega CSSA or LSA.
