Description

You will design, develop, and maintain Pega PRPC applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and security. You will lead case management, workflow, and decisioning solutions while integrating with external systems via APIs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Pega PRPC applications using best practices.
• Lead development of case management, workflows, and decisioning solutions.
• Build and maintain rules, integrations, and UI components.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and support UAT.
• Troubleshoot production issues and enforce development standards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience with minimum 5+ years in Pega development.
• Strong experience in Pega PRPC (7.x/8.x).
• Deep understanding of Pega frameworks including Case Management and Decisioning.
• Experience with integration technologies: REST, SOAP, and APIs.
• Knowledge of database concepts and SQL.
• Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies.

Preferred Skills

• Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) or CLSA certification.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and microservices architecture.
