Description

You will design, develop, and implement Pega Smart Investigate solutions to optimize investigation and resolution processes for banking clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, configuration, and deployment of Pega Smart Investigate solutions.
• Translate business requirements into effective Pega workflows, case management, and UI components.
• Analyze investigation processes to identify automation opportunities and optimize workflows.
• Integrate Pega Smart Investigate with external data sources through data modeling and mapping.
• Conduct thorough testing to verify application functionality, performance, and compliance with business rules.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Pega PRPC.
• 3 to 4 years of experience specifically within the Smart Investigate Framework.
• Hands-on experience with AML (Anti-Money Laundering) investigations.
• Proven ability to develop and customize Pega Smart Investigate applications.
• Experience in implementing data models and managing data security within Pega.
• Ability to advise banking clients on best practices for payment fraud and dispute management.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
