You will design, develop, test, and debug Pega 8.x applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead case design, process flows, integrations, and reporting.
• Manage and mentor small teams across the delivery lifecycle.
• Handle production issues, root cause analysis, and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, POs, BAs, and offshore teams.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience.
• Expertise in Pega 8.x / Prpc.
• Proficiency with Pega Clm Framework.
• Experience with Pega Case Management.
• Knowledge of Pega Integrations and REST.
• Experience in Production Support.
• Skilled in Performance Tuning.
