Description

You will design, implement, and support Pega 7.x BPM workflows based on business requirements. You own the transformation of business needs into functional solutions while adhering to Pega COE standards.

Responsibilities

• Transform business requirements into functional Pega BPM solutions.
• Lead the creation of data entry forms applying UI/UX design principles.
• Perform regular code reviews and adhere to Pega COE development standards.
• Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies including stand-ups, grooming, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with testing teams to identify and correct defects or missed requirements.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of IT experience with 5+ years creating Pega BPM solutions.
• Proficiency in Pega 7.x BPM, Java, SOA, WSDL, and Web services.
• Experience with HTML, XML, JavaScript, XHTML, and CSS.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle DB development and REST API.
• Experience using Jira, Jenkins, and BIX.
• Understanding of object-oriented principles and database design.
• Pega Certified System Architect (PCSA) certification required.

Preferred Skills

• Lead System Architect (LSA) certification.
