You will lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale Pega solutions. You will oversee development teams to ensure rapid, effective delivery of high-value applications.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable Pega solutions following industry best practices.
• Oversee development teams to ensure rapid and effective implementation of Pega technology.
• Configure and deploy software solutions at the enterprise level.
• Collaborate with IT leadership to define technology roadmaps and strategic planning.
• Partner with business teams to deliver high-value enterprise applications.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience with PRPC Architecture.
• 5+ years of experience specifically as a Pega Lead System Architect (LSA).
• Hands-on experience with enterprise-level software configuration and deployment.
• Deep knowledge of Pega enterprise application design.
• Experience managing environment choices including cloud and on-premise.
• Knowledge of DevOps, artificial intelligence, and robotics within the Pega ecosystem.
• Domain expertise in Insurance or Health Insurance frameworks.
• Any Graduate degree.
