Description

You will design and deliver large-scale enterprise solutions using the Pega platform.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design enterprise class structures, complex workflows, and design patterns.
• Develop case management, data modeling, integrations, and agents.
• Execute performance fine-tuning and SQL query optimization.
• Manage packaging, deployment, and server configurations.
• Provide sizing and estimates for high-level requirements within an Agile delivery model.

Required Skills

• Pega LSA Certification (mandatory).
• 12 to 16 years of total experience with 10+ years of hands-on Pega delivery.
• Deep expertise in Pega 8 and Pega PRPC features and guardrails.
• Proficiency in Pega Robotics and JMS.
• Strong experience in UX/UI design and UI guardrails.
• In-depth knowledge of Pega upgrades and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with database modeling and Oracle SQL queries.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.

Preferred Skills

• 3 to 5 years of experience specifically as a Pega Lead System Architect.
• 5 to 8 years of experience as a system architect on multi-tier web applications.
