Description

You will design and develop scalable BPM solutions using Pega PRPC.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build flexible case tracking workflows for standard and exception scenarios.
• Implement secure data handling, version control, and automated task management.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Analysts to deliver MVP functionality within Agile sprints.
• Ensure audit readiness through change tracking and reporting capabilities.
• Support operational views and data extraction for external BI tools.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in Pega PRPC development.
• Expertise in case management, flows, rules, activities, and data pages.
• Experience with internal database design and System of Record (SOR) strategies.
• Familiarity with document management systems and external storage integrations (e.g., Documentum).
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and MVP delivery models.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Pega certifications such as CSA, CSSA, or CLSA.
• Experience in financial services, specifically wealth management workflows.
• Exposure to BI tools, reporting frameworks, and DevOps deployment pipelines.
