Description

You will design and implement Pega BPM solutions to meet complex business requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Transform business requirements into functional Pega BPM solutions.
• Lead teams in creating data entry forms based on UI/UX designs.
• Collaborate with Agile teams to expand and groom user stories.
• Prepare and present demos throughout the application life cycle.
• Mentor new team members and guide technical implementations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience creating Pega BPM solutions.
• 7+ years of IT experience including Pega 7.x BPM, Java, and Oracle.
• Pega Certified System Architect (PCSA) certification.
• Proficiency with SOA, WSDL, Web services, and REST API.
• Strong front-end skills in HTML, XML, JavaScript, XHTML, and CSS.
• Experience with Jira, Jenkins, and BIX.
• Knowledge of object-oriented principles and database design.
